who can complete this assignment by 11:59pm tomorrow, October 25th, 2020?

• You will work with a fish calling dataset for silver perch, black drum, spotted seatrout, and red drum.

 • The data is provided in the Excel file, “Lab 7_Fish Calling Data_2013 to 2018”. The data represents summed calling intensity per evening for silver perch, black drum, spotted seatrout, and red drum at station 37M from 2013 to 2018. The columns of data include Date, Silver Perch, Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, Red Drum, and Water Temperature. Cells colored in grey correspond to missing data. Essentially, each evening the fish intensity scores are summed to provide a spawning or reproductive potential for that night.

• Your goal is to create a time series (as one figure or four separate figures) for summed fish calling intensity per evening from 2013 to 2018 for silver perch, black drum, spotted seatrout, and red drum. You will include water temperature as a secondary y-axis. My hope is that you create one figure.

• You will plot the “Date” (as the x-axis) versus the “Summed Calling Intensity” (as the primary y-axis) and the “Water Temperature ( o C)” (as the secondary y-axis). The chart type should be “Combo”. Select “Area” for each species. Select the secondary axis for water temperate and “Scatter”. Make water temperature “red”, black drum “dark blue”, silver perch “light green”, spotted sea trout “light blue” and transparent, and red drum “orange”. Please make sure to include labeled x-y axes; however, please do include a title since you will create a figure legend. Please make sure that your font size is at least 10.

• Insert your figure into a Word document. Below the figure, provide a figure legend. The legend should provide: (i) a general description of the figure; (ii) a general seasonal timeline for when the spawning season starts and ends for each species based upon calling intensity (what months?); and (iii) two to three sentences on how this approach allows the ability to ‘eavesdrop’ on key behaviors of marine animals that may change rapidly or gradually in response to environmental changes and human impacts, thus providing a measure of resilience or shifting baselines in a globally changing environment.

Grading Rubric

 • Completion of the figure, correct format – 40 points.

 • Completion of figure legend below figure – 30 points

. • Figure legend content and writing – 30 points.
