This file contains additional directions and requirements. Print it to take with you into the field for note taking. The file also contains fill-able form fields when it’s opened using a recent version of the free Adobe Reader. Start by typing your name on the first line. Then type all your notes in the rest of the form being certain to  include all required information. Save the file and double check your information has been saved.  Add your name to the pdf file name and submit it back here. This should be a fun and interesting assignment. I hope you enjoy it!
