Questionnaire on The role of leadership and organisational culture on shaping employee performance

T​‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍​his is just a questionnaire for now. It needs to consist of both quantitative (closed) and qualitative (open ended) questions. A number of questions have been agreed with supervisor and it is anything between 10-15 with at least 3 of them​‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍​ being qualitative. Obviously it needs to be linked with the literature review and once approved by supervisor, the methodology chapter will be ordered with you straight away as I am more than happy with you to help me with it all the way​‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍​.
