Monograph Book Trailer Assignment

Please help me create a template for a video. 

Please read Monogram: Integrating Women into The Astronaut Corps.  (book is attached PDF)

Fill out BLANK TEMPLATE (Word Doc) Instructions on the top of template and below:

Illustrations will need to be googled since there are none on the book attached.  Please post links to illustrations under ” What You See” Tab.
