Brain Surgery, Brain Wave, Brain Activity Assignment

Watch this Ted Talk to understand how researchers currently study the living brain. Upload a document that describes each of the methods addressed in this talk… you just need one sentence per method. After describing the methods, identify which method you think would be most appropriate in answering the following questions:

1. I want to compare what this person’s brain looks like before and after surgery.
2. I want to see how brain waves change when a person sees a scary picture.
3. I want to see which part of the brain is most active while a student does a math problem.
4. I want to see how brain activity changes while a person gets different stimuli (visual, auditory, touch).

You will receive one point for doing the activity and one point per question answered correctly.
